Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)
हित्वा गुणमयं सर्व कर्म जन्तु: शुभाशुभम् | उभे सत्यानृते हित्वा मुच्यते नात्र संशय:
hitvā guṇamayaṃ sarva karma jantuḥ śubhāśubham | ubhe satyānṛte hitvā mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
वायु बोले—त्रिगुणमय समस्त शुभ-अशुभ कर्मों को त्यागकर और सत्य तथा असत्य—इन दोनों का भी आसक्ति-रूप से परित्याग करके संन्यासी मुक्त हो जाता है; इसमें संशय नहीं है।
