श्रीर्वाच दिष्ट्या प्रसादो युष्माभि: कृतो मे<नुग्रहात्मक: । एवं भवतु भद्रें व: पूजितास्मि सुखप्रदा:

Transliteration

śrīr uvāca—diṣṭyā prasādo yuṣmābhiḥ kṛto me ’nugrahātmakaḥ | evaṃ bhavatu bhadraṃ vaḥ pūjitāsmī sukhapradāḥ ||

Translation

लक्ष्मी ने कहा—सौभाग्य से तुमने मुझ पर करुणामय प्रसाद किया है। ऐसा ही हो; तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। तुमने मेरा मान रखा है, इसलिए मैं तुम्हें सुख देने वाली बनूँगी और तुम्हारे गोबर तथा गोमूत्र में ही निवास करूँगी।
