Karma-Phala Rahasya and the Ethics of Dāna (कर्मफल-रहस्यं दानधर्मश्च)
येन प्रीणात्युपाध्यायं तेन स्याद् ब्रह्म पूजितम् । मनुष्य जिस व्यवहारसे पिताको प्रसन्न करता है
yena prīṇāty upādhyāyaṁ tena syād brahma pūjitam |
जिस आचरण से मनुष्य उपाध्याय को प्रसन्न करता है, उसी से परब्रह्म की पूजा हो जाती है। जिस व्यवहार से वह पिता को तृप्त करता है, उससे प्रजापति प्रसन्न होते हैं; जिससे माता संतुष्ट होती है, उससे पृथ्वीदेवी की आराधना सम्पन्न होती है; और जिससे वह गुरु को तृप्त करता है, उससे परमात्मा की परम पूजा पूर्ण होती है।
