यजुः:पादभुजो गुहा:ः प्रकाशो जड्रमस्तथा । अमोघार्थ: प्रसादश्ष अभिगम्य: सुदर्शन:
yajuḥ-pāda-bhujo guhyaḥ prakāśo jaṅgamas tathā | amoghārthaḥ prasādaś ca abhigamyaḥ sudarśanaḥ ||
वायु ने कहा—यजुर्वेद जिसके हाथ-पैर हैं; जो स्वरूप से गूढ़ है, पर कृपा करके भक्तों के सामने स्वयं को प्रकाशित कर देता है; जो चराचर में विचरता है; जिसका प्रयोजन अमोघ है—यथोचित याचना को सफल करनेवाला; जो दया से शीघ्र प्रसन्न होता है; जो सहज ही प्राप्त होने योग्य है; और जिसका दर्शन अत्यन्त सुन्दर है।
