७२७ महाकेतु:--धर्मरूप महान् ध्वजावाले
toraṇas tāraṇo vātaḥ paridhī patikhecaraḥ | saṃyogo vardhano vṛddho ativṛddho guṇādhikaḥ ||
वायुदेव बोले—“वे मोक्षद्वारस्वरूप तोरण हैं, तारने वाले तारण हैं; वे स्वयं वात—वायु हैं; ब्रह्माण्ड की परिधि हैं; और आकाशचारी प्राणियों के स्वामी हैं। वे वृद्धि का कारण बनने वाला संयोग हैं और स्वयं वर्धन हैं; गुणों में परिपक्व वृद्ध हैं; अतिप्राचीन होने से अतिवृद्ध हैं; और ज्ञान-ऐश्वर्य आदि गुणों में सर्वाधिक हैं।”
