सर्वाशयो दर्भचारी सर्वेषां प्राणिनां पति: । देवदेव: सुखासक्त: सदसत्सर्वरत्नवित्
sarvāśayo darbha-cārī sarveṣāṁ prāṇināṁ patiḥ | deva-devaḥ sukhāsaktaḥ sad-asat-sarva-ratna-vit ||
वायु-देव ने कहा—वह सबका आश्रय है; दर्भ-घास पर रखे हविष्य का भक्षण करने वाला; समस्त प्राणियों का स्वामी; देवों का भी देव; अपने आनन्दस्वरूप में ही निरन्तर रत; सत् और असत्—दोनों का ज्ञाता; तथा समस्त रत्नों का पारखी है।
