प्रयत: प्रातरुत्थाय यदधीये विशाम्पते । प्राज्जलि: शतरुद्रीयं तन््मे निगदत: शृणु
prayataḥ prātarutthāya yadadhīye viśāmpate | prāñjaliḥ śatarudrīyaṃ tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu prajānātha ||
प्रजानाथ! मैं प्रतिदिन प्रातः उठकर संयमपूर्वक, हाथ जोड़कर जिस शतरुद्रीय का जप-पाठ और अध्ययन करता हूँ, उसे अब मैं कहता हूँ—सुनो।
