वैमनस्यं च देवानां कृतं भवति पुष्कलम् | पावकश्च महातेजा हव्यं न प्रतिगृह्नति
vaimanasyaṃ ca devānāṃ kṛtaṃ bhavati puṣkalam | pāvakaś ca mahātejā havyaṃ na pratigṛhṇati ||
देवताओं में उसके प्रति भारी वैमनस्य उत्पन्न हो जाता है और महातेजस्वी पावक भी उसके दिये हुए हविष्य को ग्रहण नहीं करते।
