Maitreya
अचिरेणैव कालेन कीट: पार्थिवसत्तम | प्रजापालनधर्मेण प्रेत्य विप्रत्वमागत:
acireṇaiva kālena kīṭaḥ pārthiva-sattama | prajā-pālana-dharmeṇa pretya vipratvam āgataḥ ||
भीष्म बोले—हे पार्थिवसत्तम, नृपश्रेष्ठ! थोड़े ही समय में वह कीट प्रजापालन-धर्म के कारण मरकर ब्राह्मणत्व को प्राप्त हुआ।
