(य इमं शृणुयान्नित्यं यश्चापि परिकीर्तयेत् स शुभानू प्राप्तुते लोकान् सदाचारव्रतान्नूप ।।
ya imaṁ śṛṇuyān nityaṁ yaś cāpi parikīrtayet | sa śubhān prāpnute lokān sadācāra-vratān nṛpa ||
भीष्म ने कहा—हे नरेश्वर! जो प्रतिदिन इस प्रसंग को सुनता है और जो इसका उच्चारण भी करता है, वह सदाचार-आधारित व्रतों के प्रभाव से शुभ लोकों को प्राप्त होता है।
