Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
मनुजेश्वर! जो विद्वान् पुरुष उन्नति चाहता हो, उसे उचित है कि ब्राह्मण द्वारा वास्तु-पूजन कराकर निर्माण का आरम्भ कराए, और कुशल कारीगरों के बनाए हुए सुगठित घर में सदा निवास करे।
