नहुषोपाख्यानम्—दीपदान-धूप-बलीकर्म-प्रशंसा
Nahūṣa Episode and the Commendation of Lamp-Gifting and Household Offerings
स््नानेनाद्धिश्न यत् कर्म क्रियते वै विपश्चिता । नमस्कारप्रयुक्तेन तेन प्रीयन्ति देवता:
snānenāddhiśna yat karma kriyate vai vipaścitā | namaskāra-prayuktena tena prīyanti devatāḥ |
विद्वान पुरुष स्नान करके, नमस्कारपूर्वक जो तर्पण आदि कर्म करते हैं, उससे देवता प्रसन्न होते हैं; और विधिपूर्वक आदर सहित किया गया यह कर्म गृह के पूजन में शुभता और सामंजस्य लाता है।
