उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
सांख्य में भी उसकी परम प्रीति उत्पन्न हुई और इसी प्रकार बढ़ती चली गई। वेद, वेदाङ्ग और अथर्ववेद के निर्णय में वह ऋषि निपुण हो गया; कल्प-प्रयोग और ज्योतिष में भी पारंगत हुआ; और सांख्य में उसका परम अनुराग निरन्तर बढ़ने लगा।
