वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुक्ता तत: शक्रमाजुहाव यशस्विनी । अथाजगाम देवेन्द्रो जनयामास चार्जुनम्
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evam uktā tataḥ Śakram ājuhāva yaśasvinī | athājagāma Devendro janayāmāsa cārjunam ||
वैशम्पायन बोले—ऐसा कहे जाने पर यशस्विनी कुन्ती ने शक्र (इन्द्र) का आवाहन किया। तब देवेंद्र आए और उन्होंने अर्जुन को उत्पन्न किया।

After being addressed, the illustrious woman invokes Indra (Śakra). Indra arrives, and Arjuna is conceived/begotten through him.
