सृष्टिं कर्तुं मनो दध्रे प्रीणयन्नेव माधवम् / महत्तत्वात्मको ब्रह्मा वायुं जीवभिमानिनम्

सृष्टि करने की इच्छा से ब्रह्मा ने मन को उसी में लगाया, और साथ ही माधव (विष्णु) को प्रसन्न करते रहे। महत्तत्त्वस्वरूप ब्रह्मा ने जीवाभिमानी वायु को उत्पन्न किया।
