मध्य-चन्द्रमा-सी पाण्डुर, अत्यन्त निर्मल वर्ण वाली जो परत (पटल) प्रकट होती है, वह लक्षणों की तुला में इन्द्रनील (नीलम) के समान मानी जाती है। उसे ऐश्वर्य और सेवक-समूह को उत्पन्न करने वाली कहा गया है; और आगे वही अवस्था देव-वज्र के रंग की हो जाती है।
