The length and breadth of the transcendental body of the Supreme Personality of Godhead could only be measured by His own measurement because He is all-pervading throughout the complete cosmic manifestation. The beauty of material nature is due to His personal beauty, yet He is always magnificently dressed and ornamented to prove His transcendental variegatedness, which is so important in the advancement of spiritual knowledge.
This verse describes the Supreme Person appearing in a perfectly proportioned, self-manifest form, adorned with divine ornaments and garments, shining with splendor.
Because the Lord’s appearance is not ordinary—His form and presence signify His role as the sustainer and regulator of the entire cosmic order, including all three planetary divisions.
By cultivating personal devotion through hearing and meditating on the Lord’s form and qualities, one strengthens faith and steadiness, remembering that the universe is upheld by divine order rather than chaos.
