विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
जो सीमा लाँघकर अत्यधिक उग्र हो गया हो, उसे राज्य-प्रकृतियों के क्रोध को भड़काकर मरवा देना चाहिए।
