Transliteration

ato'nyathā vā vikalpayet sahādhyāyibhayāt

Translation

अन्यथा, अपने ही लोगों/निकट सहयोगियों (जो दिनचर्या जानते हैं) के भय से उसे वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाएँ भी अपनानी चाहिए।
