दुर्दर्शो हि राजा कार्याकार्यविपर्यासमासन्नैः कार्यते ॥ कZ_०१.१९.२७ ॥

Transliteration

durdarśo hi rājā kāryākāryaviparyāsamāsannaiḥ kāryate

Translation

क्योंकि जो राजा दुर्लभ‑दर्शन हो, उसे निकटवर्ती लोग कार्य‑अकार्य का उलट‑फेर करा देते हैं।
