उपलभमानो नानुतिष्ठत्याहार्यबुद्धिः ॥ कZ_०१.१७.४६ ॥

Transliteration

upalabhamāno nānutiṣṭhaty āhāryabuddhiḥ

Translation

समझाए जाने और समझ में आ जाने पर भी, उधार (परावलंबी) बुद्धि वाला व्यक्ति कर्तव्य का पालन नहीं करता।
