तस्यापसारप्रतिसंधाने शुद्धः स्यात् अन्यथा कर्मप्राप्तः ॥ कZ_०४.८.०४ ॥

Transliteration

tasyāpasāra-pratisaṃdhāne śuddhaḥ syāt anyathā karma-prāptaḥ

Translation

यदि हटाने और उसके संबंध (घटनाक्रम की कड़ी) के विषय में उसका कथन जाँच में टिके और मेल खाए, तो वह शुद्ध (निर्दोष) माना जाए; अन्यथा वह दण्ड का पात्र होता है।
