तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

उस (प्रतिबंध) का उल्लंघन करने पर सर्वोच्च दंड होगा—करने वाले को भी और करवाने/आदेश देने वाले को भी; तथा उस कर्म के दौरान हुई क्षति या मृत्यु के लिए भी (दायित्व होगा)।
