मदेन हस्तवधः मोहेन द्विशतः ॥ कZ_०४.११.०४ ॥
Transliteration
madena hastavadhaḥ mohena dviśataḥ
Translation
यदि कृत्य मद्यपान के नशे में किया गया हो तो (दण्ड) हाथ काटना है; यदि मोह/अज्ञान से किया गया हो तो दो सौ का दण्ड है।
