बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

राज-विरोधी कार्य करने वालों में अवैध पार होने का भय उत्पन्न करने हेतु बाधित/नियंत्रित घाट (तीर्थ) स्थापित किए जाएँ।
