तेषु प्रशान्तेषु नान्याञ्शक्नुयुरुपजपितुमुपजपितारः ॥ कZ_०९.५.०६ ॥
Transliteration
teṣu praśānteṣu nānyāñ śaknuyur upajapitum upajapitāraḥ
Translation
जब वे (संदिग्ध उकसाने वाले) शांत/निष्क्रिय कर दिए जाते हैं, तब उकसाने वाले दूसरों को बहकाने/फुसलाने में समर्थ नहीं होते।
