अल्पोऽपि चास्य दण्डस्तेजसा कृत्यकरो भवति ॥ कZ_०९.१.०४ ॥

Transliteration

alpo'pi cāsya daṇḍas tejasā kṛtyakaro bhavati

Translation

और उसका दण्ड (दमन-बल) थोड़ा भी हो, तो तेजस् (आदेश-शक्ति और ओज) के सहारे कार्यसिद्धि करने वाला हो जाता है।
