Pracetās, Māriṣā, Dakṣa’s Re-manifestation, and the Brahma-parastava; Cyclic Creation and Genealogies
rūpasaṃpatsamāyuktā sarvasya priyadarśanā ayonijā ca jāyeyaṃ tvatprasādād adhokṣaja
A devotee/supplicant addressing Lord Vishnu (Adhokshaja) in prayer (as framed within Parasara’s narration to Maitreya).
It emphasizes Vishnu as the Supreme Reality who transcends sense-perception and ordinary causality, making even extraordinary births possible through His will.
This verse attributes the very occurrence of an exceptional, auspicious birth to Vishnu’s direct favor, highlighting sovereignty beyond material instruments.
It signals that certain manifestations occur not by ordinary biological causation but by the Lord’s independent power, reinforcing Vaishnava views of Vishnu as the ultimate controller of creation.
