श्रुत्वा पितामहवचः पावकस्त्वरितो ऽभ्यगात् वेगिनं मेषमारुह्य कुटिला तं ददर्श ह

śrutvā pitāmahavacaḥ pāvakastvarito 'bhyagāt veginaṃ meṣamāruhya kuṭilā taṃ dadarśa ha

પિતામહના વચન સાંભળી પાવક (અગ્નિ) ત્વરિત થઈ આગળ વધ્યો. વેગવાન મેષ પર આરૂઢ થઈ જતા, કુટિલાએ તેને જોયો.
