FAQs

The embrace (saṃpariṣvajya) signals reconciliation, protection, and the re-establishment of divine confidence after the crisis; it is a narrative marker that danger has passed and dharma is restored.

It denotes each deity’s allotted cosmic station—both a physical abode (loka) and an office/function in the universe—implying the return to orderly governance of the worlds.

In Purāṇic usage it functions as a conventional designation for Svarga, the heavenly realm of the gods; here it is not a terrestrial tīrtha but a cosmological ‘sacred geography’ term.
