FAQs

This is a chapter-colophon marking the completion of a teaching section; its significance is to frame the preceding instruction on saṃnyāsa as an authoritative Shaiva path oriented toward liberation under Shiva’s grace.

While the line itself is a formal conclusion, it identifies the topic as saṃnyāsācāra—typically presented in the Shiva Purana as inner and outer discipline that supports steady devotion to Shiva (often through Saguna worship that matures into realization of Shiva as the supreme Pati).

No single practice is prescribed in this colophon; it points to the completed chapter on renunciant conduct, which in Shaiva contexts commonly includes mantra-japa, purity disciplines, and contemplative absorption directed to Lord Shiva.
