It teaches the Shaiva Siddhanta emphasis that the many cosmic offices—creation, preservation, and dissolution—are coordinated expressions of one Supreme Pati, Śiva; realizing this unity matures devotion into liberating knowledge.
By affirming that all divine functions culminate in Śiva, the verse supports Linga worship as worship of the one Lord who appears through multiple saguna forms (Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, Maheśvara, Sadāśiva) while remaining the transcendent source.
Meditate on Śiva as the inner Lord of all divine powers while chanting the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and perform simple Linga-pūjā with bilva leaves as a daily remembrance of Śiva’s all-pervading sovereignty.
