The verse states that Brahmā and other gods, Śambhu (Śiva), and the Tridaśa devas together establish and spread Viṣṇu’s renown as “Madhusūdana” across the worlds.
“Madhusūdana” means “slayer of Madhu,” an epithet highlighting Viṣṇu’s role as the divine protector who destroys demonic forces and restores cosmic order.
It emphasizes universal divine recognition of Viṣṇu’s protective power—so widely acknowledged that even major deities like Brahmā and Śiva participate in establishing his celebrated name throughout all worlds.
