सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा चिरायुर्जायते नरः । पुलस्त्य उवाच । तथान्यं ते प्रवक्ष्यामि इतिहासं पुरातनम्
sarvapāpaviśuddhātmā cirāyurjāyate naraḥ | pulastya uvāca | tathānyaṃ te pravakṣyāmi itihāsaṃ purātanam
