प्राणानायम्य चाचम्य संध्यां चोपास्य भास्करम् । उपातिष्ठेत्ततश्चोर्द्ध्वं क्षिप्त्वा पुष्पजलाञ्जलिम् ॥ ५८ ॥
prāṇānāyamya cācamya saṃdhyāṃ copāsya bhāskaram | upātiṣṭhettataścorddhvaṃ kṣiptvā puṣpajalāñjalim || 58 ||
પ્રાણાયામ કરીને અને આચમન કરીને સંધ્યા તથા ભાસ્કર (સૂર્ય)ની ઉપાસના કરવી. પછી પુષ્પ અને જળની અંજલિ અર્પી ઊર્ધ્વમુખે ઊભા રહેવું.
