Narada (teaching in a vrata/mahatmya-ritual context; dialogue tradition with Sanatkumara line implied for this section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It frames Hari’s day as a public, celebratory act of devotion—sounding a drum in a procession-like manner—so that remembrance of Vishnu becomes communal and merit-generating.
Bhakti here is expressed as outward, audible glorification of Hari on a sacred observance day, encouraging collective attention toward Vishnu and strengthening devotional culture.
It reflects Kalpa-style ritual procedure (vidhi) and practical dharma rules, including eligibility by age for participating in the observance.
