तयोरासीत्‌ सम्प्रहार: क्रुद्धयोर्नरसिंहयो: । अमर्षिणोस्तदान्योन्यं देवदानवयोरिव,वे दोनों नरश्रेष्ठ जब क्रोध और अमर्षमें भर गये, तब उनमें परस्पर देवताओं और दानवोंकी भाँति घमासान युद्ध छिड़ गया

tayor āsīt samprahāraḥ kruddhayor narasiṃhayoḥ | amarṣiṇos tadānyonyaṃ devadānavayor iva ||

તે બંને ક્રોધિત અને અમર્ષથી દહકતા નરસિંહો પરસ્પર સામસામે આવ્યા ત્યારે દેવો અને દાનવોના યુદ્ધ સમાન ઘોર સંઘર્ષ ફાટી નીકળ્યો।
