त्वत्कृते हाद्य पश्यामि राज्यं संतानमेव च । यतश्न जातसंरम्भो न च शत्रुवशं गत:,“आपके कारण ही आज मैं अपने राज्य और संतानका मुख देख पाऊँगा; क्योंकि पकड़े जानेपर मैं भयभीत हो गया था, किंतु आपके पराक्रमसे शत्रुके अधीन नहीं रहा'
tvatkṛte hādya paśyāmi rājyaṃ santānam eva ca | yataśna jātasaṃrambho na ca śatruvaśaṃ gataḥ ||
“તમારા કારણે જ આજે હું મારું રાજ્ય અને મારી સંતાન-પરંપરા ફરી જોઈ શકું છું; કારણ કે પકડાયો ત્યારે હું ભયથી વ્યાકુળ થયો હતો, પરંતુ તમારા પરાક્રમથી હું શત્રુના વશમાં ગયો નથી.”
