हि >> मो न [हुक अऑष्टआ अपा एकत्रिशो<5 ध्याय: चारों पाण्डवोंसहित राजा विराटकी सेनाका युद्धके लिये प्रस्थान वैशम्पायन उवाच ततस्तेषां महाराज तत्रैवामिततेजसाम् | छदझलिड्जप्रविष्टानां पाण्डवानां महात्मनाम्,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--महाराज! उन दिनों छठद्मवेषमें छिपकर उस श्रेष्ठ नगरमें रहते और महाराज विराटके कार्य सम्पादन करते हुए अतुलित तेजस्वी महात्मा पाण्डवोंका तेरहवाँ वर्ष भलीभाँति बीत चुका था
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tataḥ teṣāṃ mahārāja tatraiva amit-tejasām | chadma-liṅga-praviṣṭānāṃ pāṇḍavānāṃ mahātmanām ||
વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા—હે મહારાજ, અપરિમિત તેજવાળા મહાત્મા પાંડવો છદ્મવેષ ધારણ કરીને એ જ ઉત્તમ નગરમાં ગુપ્ત રીતે રહેતા હતા; રાજા વિરાટના કાર્યો નિભાવતા-નિભાવતા તેમનું તેરમું વર્ષ સુવ્યવસ્થિત રીતે પૂર્ણ થયું।
