मां सुखं प्रतिपद्यस्व दासो भीरु भवामि ते । अद्वाय तव सुश्रोणि शतं निष्कान् ददाम्यहम्
māṃ sukhaṃ pratipadyasva dāso bhīru bhavāmi te | advāya tava suśroṇi śataṃ niṣkān dadāmy aham ||
વૈશમ્પાયન બોલ્યા—હે ભીરુ! સુખપૂર્વક મને સ્વીકારી લે; હું તારો દાસ બની જઈશ. હે સુશ્રોણિ! તારા દૈનિક ખર્ચ માટે હું દરરોજ સો નિષ્ક આપતો રહીશ.
