कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
यर्थर्तुवर्षी भगवान् न तथा पाकशासन: । न चापि सर्वबीजानि सम्यगू रोहन्ति भारत,भगवान् इन्द्र भी ठीक वर्षाऋतुके समय जलकी वर्षा नहीं करेंगे। भारत! भूमिमें बोये हुए सभी बीज ठीकसे नहीं जमेंगे
yathā ṛtuvarṣī bhagavān na tathā pākaśāsanaḥ | na cāpi sarvabījāni samyag urohanti bhārata ||
જેમ ઋતુ પ્રમાણે યોગ્ય સમયે વરસાદ વરસાવવો ભગવાનનો નિયમ છે, તેમ પાકશાસન (ઇન્દ્ર)એ પણ સમયસર જળવર્ષા કરવી જોઈએ. હે ભારત! જો તે યોગ્ય સમયે વરસાદ ન વરસાવે, તો ધરતીમાં વાવેલા બધા બીજ પણ ઠીક રીતે અંકુરિત નહીં થાય.
