Description of Hiraṇyapura and the Nivātakavacas
इदमद्धिः सम॑ प्राप्ता ये केचिद् भुवि जड़मा: । प्रविशन्तो महानादं नदन्ति भयपीडिता:
idam addhiḥ samā prāptā ye kecid bhuvi jaḍamāḥ | praviśanto mahānādaṃ nadanti bhayapīḍitāḥ ||
નારદે કહ્યું—પૃથ્વી પર જે કોઈ જડબુદ્ધિ પ્રાણી પાણી સાથે વહેતા અહીં આવી પહોંચે છે, તેઓ આ મહાનાદવાળા પ્રદેશમાં પ્રવેશતાં જ ભયથી પીડિત થઈ ઊંચા સ્વરે ચીસો પાડવા લાગે છે.
