अत्र गोव्रतिनो विप्रा: स्वाध्यायाम्नायकर्शिता: । त्यक्तप्राणा जितस्वर्गा निवसन्ति महर्षय:
atra govratino viprāḥ svādhyāyāmnāyakaṛśitāḥ | tyaktaprāṇā jitasvargā nivasanti maharṣayaḥ ||
અહીં ગોવ્રતધારી બ્રાહ્મણ મહર્ષિઓ વસે છે—સ્વાધ્યાય અને પરંપરાગત વેદાધ્યયનથી કૃશ થયેલા; પ્રાણોની પણ પરવા ન કરનાર; અને તપસ્યાના બળે સ્વર્ગપ્રાપ્તિ પર વિજય મેળવનાર.
