कृष्णेन विदुरं प्रति आगमन-हेतु-निवेदनम् / Krishna explains the purpose of his coming to Vidura
न पाण्डवानामस्माभि: प्रतिदेयं यथोचितम् । इति व्यवसितास्तेषु वचन स्यान्निरर्थकम्
na pāṇḍavānām asmābhiḥ pratideyaṃ yathocitam | iti vyavasitās teṣu vacanaṃ syān nirarthakam ||
હે કેશવ! તેમણે દૃઢ નિશ્ચય કર્યો છે—‘અમે પાંડવોને તેમનો યથોચિત ભાગ આપશું નહીં.’ આ નિર્ણયમાં અડગ હોવાથી, તેમને કહેલા શબ્દો નિષ્ફળ જ રહેશે.
