यथा पुरस्तात् सविता दृश्यते शुक्रमुच्चरन् । यथा च पश्चान्निर्मुक्तो ध्रुवं पर्येति रश्मिवान्
yathā purastāt savitā dṛśyate śukram uccaran | yathā ca paścān nirmukto dhruvaṃ paryeti raśmivān ||
વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા—જેમ સૂર્ય પૂર્વ દિશામાં ઉદય થઈ તેજસ્વી કાંતિ પ્રગટ કરતો દેખાય છે, અને જેમ આગળ વધીને એ જ રશ્મિમાન સૂર્ય અચલ નિયમથી પશ્ચિમ તરફ નિશ્ચિત રીતે ગતિ કરે છે—તેમ જ આ વિષય પણ અચૂક, નિયમિત અને નિશ્ચિત ક્રમે આગળ વધે છે.
