Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Appraisal of Strength and Preference for Śama
जातिगृद्धयाभिपन्नाश्न पाण्डवानामनेकश: । धर्मादय: समेष्यन्ति समाहूता दिवौकस:
jātigṛddhyābhipannāś ca pāṇḍavānām anekaśaḥ | dharmādayaḥ sameṣyanti samāhūtā divaukasaḥ ||
પોતાના કુલ-સંબંધના આસક્તિથી પ્રેરિત થઈ પાંડવો સાથે અનેક રીતે જોડાયેલા ધર્મ આદિ દેવતાઓ—તે દિવૌકસ—આહ્વાન થતાં જ નિશ્ચયે એકત્ર થઈ યુધિષ્ઠિર અને તેના ભાઈઓની સહાય માટે આવશે।
