धृतराष्ट्रस्य बलाबलचिन्ता

युद्धायावस्थितं पार्थ पार्थिवैरतिमानुषै: । अशक्यं नरशार्दूलं पराजेतुमरिंदमम्‌

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

yuddhāyāvasthitaṃ pārtha pārthivair atimānuṣaiḥ |

aśakyaṃ naraśārdūlaṃ parājētum ariṃdamam ||

વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા—હે પાર્થ! યુદ્ધ માટે ઉભેલા તે નરશાર્દૂલ, અરિંદમ અર્જુનને અતિમાનુષ બળ ધરાવતા રાજાઓ માટે પણ પરાજિત કરવું અશક્ય છે.
