Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 50 — Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Appraisal of Bhīmasena (भीमसेनभयवर्णनम्)
शूरस्तथाप्रतिबलो गौरस्ताल इवोन्नतः । प्रमाणतो भीमसेन: प्रादेशेनाधिको<र्जुनात्
śūras tathāpratibalo gauraḥ tāla ivonnataḥ | pramāṇato bhīmasenaḥ prādeśenādhiko 'rjunāt ||
ધૃતરાષ્ટ્ર બોલ્યા—ભીમસેન શૂરવીર છે અને તેની શક્તિનો પ્રતિસ્પર્ધી નથી; ગૌરવર્ણ તે તાળવૃક્ષ સમો ઊંચો છે. કદમાં તે અર્જુનથી એક પ્રાદેશ (બિત્તો) વધારે છે.
