इन्द्रो वा ते हरिमान् वज़हस्त: पुरस्ताद् यातु समरे5रीन् विनिध्नन् । सुग्रीवयुक्तेन रथेन वा ते पश्चात् कृष्णो रक्षतु वासुदेव:
sañjaya uvāca | indro vā te harimān vajrahastaḥ purastād yātu samare 'rīn vinighnan | sugrīvayuktena rathena vā te paścāt kṛṣṇo rakṣatu vāsudevaḥ |
અથવા વજ્રહસ્ત મહેન્દ્ર પોતાના હરિત અશ્વ પર આરૂઢ થઈ યુદ્ધમાં તારા આગળ જઈ શત્રુઓનો સંહાર કરે; અથવા સુગ્રીવ વગેરે ઝડપી અશ્વોથી જોડાયેલા રથ પર બેસી વાસુદેવ કૃષ્ણ તારા પાછળ રહી તારી રક્ષા કરે।
