Sañjaya’s Report
अहं तथैवं खलु भाविरूपं पश्यामि बुद्धया स्वयमप्रमत्त: । दृष्टिश्न मे न व्यथते पुराणी संयुध्यमाना धार्तराष्ट्रा न सन्ति
ahaṃ tathaivaṃ khalu bhāvirūpaṃ paśyāmi buddhyā svayam apramattaḥ | dṛṣṭiś ca me na vyathate purāṇī saṃyudhyamānā dhārtarāṣṭrā na santi ||
સંજય બોલ્યો— “હું પણ સંપૂર્ણ સાવચેત રહી મારી બુદ્ધિથી ભવિષ્યનું એવું જ સ્વરૂપ જોઈ રહ્યો છું. મારી પ્રાચીન, અચૂક દૃષ્ટિ કદી ડગમગતી નથી. એ દૃષ્ટિથી હું નિશ્ચયપૂર્વક કહું છું—જ્યારે તેઓ રણભૂમિમાં ઉતરી યુદ્ધ કરશે, ત્યારે ધૃતરાષ્ટ્રના પુત્રો જીવિત રહી શકશે નહીં।”
